Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Manager to oversee job sites, identify potential issues, and provide thorough progress reports. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both residential and commercial projects and be able to coordinate effectively with the office team and field crews.

Responsibilities

• Visit job sites regularly to monitor work progress.

• Identify and report any issues, delays, or concerns.

• Provide detailed updates and progress reports to management.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, and technicians

• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in both residential and commercial construction/renovation.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to identify problems on-site and recommend solutions.

• Bilingual (English/Korean), Plus spanish, but not required.
