Real Estate Closer (Residential) – Full Time

Position Summary

Zdrilich Law Group, LLC is seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Closer to manage files from contract through post-closing. The ideal candidate is organized, deadline-driven, and confident coordinating lenders, agents, buyers/sellers, and vendors to ensure accurate, on-time closings.

Compensation & Benefits

• $65,000.00-$80,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Minimum Qualifications

• 3+ years residential real estate closing experience (law firm or title company)
• Strong knowledge of Georgia residential closing practices, lender requirements, and timelines
• Proven ability to manage a pipeline of files with minimal supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong customer service skills
• High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and professional judgment
• Familiarity with Qualia (or comparable closing software)
• Comfortable with Outlook, Excel, and PDF editing tools
• Ability to carefully read and follow lender instructions, title requirements, and closing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance

Key Responsibilities

• manage files from contract to closing and post-closing
• Review title commitments and resolve title issues/curative items
• Prepare, review, and balance settlement statements/CDs and closing packages
• Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers/sellers, title insurers, and vendors
• Provide clear status updates and respond promptly to all parties throughout the transaction
• Handle funding/disbursements, recording, policy follow-up, and post-closing completion
• Maintain accurate file notes, checklists, and compliance with internal procedures
