Are you a guru at crafting compelling brand stories and partnership frameworks to create a strong community presence for casual and quick service restaurants? Do you have at least 3+ years of experience in community outreach and partnership management? If so, we want you to be a part of our growing team!

Job Description & Responsibilities:

As a Community Partnership Coordinator at TWO HANDS AMERICA INC, you will be working as a part of the Franchise Success Division in the Franchise Department and be responsible for strengthening our long-term relationships with local communities (schools, organizations, etc.) near our stores across the 50 states to build trust, loyalty, and high-intensity collaborative capacities. Responsibilities include, but is not limited to:

Developing and Implementing Partnership Strategies
Formulate and execute effective strategies to establish and strengthen partnerships with local businesses, schools, and organizations.
Identifying and Pursuing New Local Partnership Opportunities
Proactively seek out and explore new opportunities for collaboration that align with the company's goals and values.
Building and Maintaining Relationships
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the community to enhance TWO HANDS AMERICA INC’s presence and impact.
Creating and Presenting Partnership Proposals & Related Content
Develop compelling partnership proposals showcasing the mutual benefits for TWO HANDS AMERICA INC and its community partners.
Negotiating Partnership Agreements
Skillfully negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and community needs.
Managing Partnerships
Oversee and manage ongoing partnerships to ensure they meet their objectives and deliver positive outcomes.
Collaborating with Internal Teams
Work collaboratively with internal teams, mainly the Marketing Team and the Field Operations team, to align partnership activities with overall corporate strategies and goals.


Minimal Qualifications:
Familiarity with utilizing data-driven method to track metrics for successful engagements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in community partnership management or a related role.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Negotiation and contract management expertise.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
Bilinguality in English and Korean is preferred, but not required.
