About Us: System Ready Inc is a leading for-profit corporation based in Georgia that specializes in the design and installation of Automatic Control Systems for cleanroom systems in EV battery manufacturing facilities.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Programmer to join our dynamic team. The System Programmer will be responsible for the design and implementation of programs for our advanced control systems. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to communicate effectively in Korean to collaborate with company management and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement software programs for control systems used in cleanroom environments for EV battery manufacturing.
• Collaborate with engineers and management to ensure the control systems meet all technical and functional requirements.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of control system software to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to management and clients, predominantly in Korean.
• Work closely with Korean clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with the control systems.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all programs and systems developed.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in control systems technology.
Requirements:
1. Technical Skills:
o Proven experience in designing and implementing software for control systems.
o Strong understanding of programming languages and software development methodologies.
o Experience with cleanroom systems and EV battery manufacturing processes is a plus.
2. Language Skills:
o Proficiency in Korean is mandatory. This includes the ability to communicate effectively with company management and the majority of our clients'
management and engineers who are Korean.
o Ability to conduct presentations and discussions in Korean related to the program implementation and requirements.
3. Cultural Knowledge:
o In-depth understanding of Korean corporate culture. This is essential for effective collaboration and communication with our Korean clients and
stakeholders.
o Familiarity with the business practices and work ethics prevalent in Korean companies, especially those in the EV battery sector.
4. Additional Requirements:
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and project implementations.
