Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ERP Engineer specializing in FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) to join our team. This role requires fluency in both Korean and English for effective communication within our global network. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in ERP systems with a focus on financial accounting, a strong analytical approach, and the capability to drive efficient finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support ERP systems, specifically FICO modules, to enhance and streamline financial operations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement ERP solutions that align with business goals.
Conduct regular system testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Provide expertise in ERP configuration and ensure adherence to best practices.
Translate business needs into actionable technical solutions and ensure compliance with relevant policies.
Deliver user training and support for system updates and process improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in ERP systems, specializing in FICO.
Proficient in both Korean and English.
In-depth knowledge of ERP configuration, finance/accounting processes, and FICO module-specific requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Self-motivated, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a multinational or automotive industry setting.
Familiarity with SAP ERP systems.
