We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food quality, and managing staff effectively. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate the team and drive the restaurant's success while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
• Train, mentor, and develop staff, including bartenders, cooks, and servers.
• Implement effective staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage during peak hours.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation.
• Utilize Toast POS system for efficient order processing and payment handling.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting processes.

Qualifications

• Bilingual: Korean & English
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including kitchen management
• Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with inventory control practices to manage stock efficiently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
• A background in hospitality or hotel management is a plus.
