We are a contracting company in Lawrenceville and we are looking to add another assistant to our growing team.
This position is full time. Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with an hour lunch.
Daily tasks include: Checking and responding to emails, checking procurement websites for bids, assisting the managers with daily administrative tasks, meeting deadlines, ordering supplies, etc.
Must be well versed in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and Word.
Looking for someone long term, responsible, able to multitask, and has a strong willingness to learn and grow with our company.
Must be able to speak English.
STARTING PAY IS $18.00 AND UP PER HOUR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE.
