Responsibilities
· Coordinating with shipper on orders.
· Coordinating with various forwarders, brokers, drayage companies to deliver container to various destinations.
· Supporting sales team with their daily needs
· Handling/Tracking samples
· Handling/Tracking containers
· File ISF
· Issue DO's
· Customer service
· Entering orders
· Generating reports with given data
· Arranging orders with carrier and warehouses
Skill Requirements
· Familiar with Incoterm
· 3 yrs experience in operation/international logistics/customer service
· Experience in working with steamship lines or as a forwarder is a plus
· 60WPM/Excel
· Organized and efficient
· Detail oriented
· Multitasking skill is a must
Personality Requirements
· Communicative
· Confident and calm
· Driven/Proactive
