The Sales Manager is responsible for the acquisition of new accounts and the maintaining of relationships with existing customers. This individual is expected to manage the territory by providing services and solutions to customers, achieving sales volumes and profitability goals, and implementing corporate strategic objectives.

Essential obligations and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following. The Company reserves the right to add, delete, change, or modify essential obligations and responsibilities at any time. All work must be completed in accordance with minimum supervision and company standards. Other obligations may be assigned.

- Develop a sales plan to achieve revenue and profit goals
- Outside Sales identifies and develops prospective new business and customers in assigned territory.
- Partner with the client to create profitable pricing strategies.
- Analyze price relationships between products and monitor cost and raw material fluctuations.
- Managing the supply chain of raw materials, components and finished goods, to ensure that all materials are available to meet production plans
- Observes management of accounts receivables.
- Sound understanding of logistics and supply chain management concepts.
- travel accompanied to assigned agents as required.
- Weekly, Month meetings to assess potential sales activity and pipeline activity
- Represents the interests of KUKDONG USA to external organizations, governmental entities, and legislators and their staff, as directed.
- Perform general office tasks, such as ordering supplies
- managing office equipment, and maintaining a tidy workspace.the right solutions.
- You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.
- To be successful as a Sales representative, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.
- Ultimately, the duties of a sales representative are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.
- Sales Associate or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and basic office equipment.
- Strong written and verbal skills in English. Korean is a plus
- Reports to the Sales Manager all progress, completes and submits all required reports timely.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Basic Math skills
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
