Job description

1. Job Opening

- Job Position: Accounting Specialist / Entry level 회계경력 2년 1명,  (Mid or Senior Level 회계경력 5년이상) 1명 구합니다.
- Full-Time Permanent Position

2. Main Duties/Responsibilities

- Lead month-end closing and quarterly consolidation package preparation
- Business Plan for the following business year
- Analyze and reconcile balance sheet accounts and profit & loss account
- Manage and reconcile Sales and cost of goods sold, according to the operating activities
- Manage advance payment & deferred revenues
- Manage aging accounts payables and receivables
- Manage and forecast overall cashflow
- Manage fixed asset activities including monthly depreciation, disposal, etc.
- Manage and analyze the budget in accordance with SG&A expenses
- Monthly Bank reconciliation
- Month End Closing and Audit preparation
- Review accounting documents to ensure that all necessary journal entries and transactions are entered and posted onto the general ledger
- Monthly, yearly financial forecasts

3. Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of applicable accounting principles/general ledger systems and procedures (GAAP)
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or any ERP system (SAP preferred)
- Ability to utilize MS office, strong Excel skills preferred

4. Preferred Qualification
- Bilingual in English and Korean
