Job Title: SAP Application Support Specialist

? Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Onsite)
? Contract Duration: 1 Year

We're hiring a SAP Application Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 Voice of Customer (VOC) support for a global leader in consumer electronics. You'll work in a dynamic SAP S/4HANA environment , supporting business-critical systems and collaborating with global teams.

Must have:

• Strong background in software development (VB, C#, Java, etc.)

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English

Nice to have:

• SAP S/4HANA experience

• Experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, etc.)

• Client-facing support background
