Job Title: Production Team Member

Location: Commerce, Georgia
Starting Pay: $20/hour ($3.00 Night shift premium) 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment and maintain quality standards.

• Perform quality checks on products.

• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment.

• Work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.

• Follow all company protocols and policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Manufacturing experience (preferred).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills (required).

• Ability to work fixed shifts.

Physical Requirements:

• Safely lift over 50 lbs, climb, reach, and squat.

• Stand and walk for over 8 hours.

• Push and pull heavy objects, sometimes with motorized assistance.

Work Schedule:

2-2-3 Work Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:45 PM

• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:45 AM
