Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator who is both fluent in Korean and English. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in computer applications, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Duties

• Filing invoices, receipts, and important documents in necessary order.
• Sending out wages for our employees (15-20 employees)
• Handling employee documentation for a construction site such as signing them up for orientation, safety classes, etc.

Overall, this job is high-intensity for the first hours of business day, but is extremely easy-going and provides a lot of flexibility for any circumstances for our employees.
