Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Commerce, Georgia

 

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage production workforce and daily operations.

• Oversee production processes and drive continuous improvement.

• Operate and monitor production equipment.

• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and functionality.

• Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Manage materials and inventory effectively.

Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED (required).

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience (required).

• Strong understanding of operational tools and procedures through hands-on experience.

• Ability to operate all tasks within a production process and manage system start-up/shutdown.

• Experience in high-volume manufacturing.

• Familiarity with LEAN, SPC, or Six Sigma programs (preferred).

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office and MES systems.
