?‍? Position Summary

The Sales Representative will support the development and execution of sales strategies to grow our logistics service business in North America. This position is responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and promoting our services to achieve sales targets.

? Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify potential leads and convert them into long-term customers

• Prepare proposals, conduct negotiations, and close sales deals

• Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure service quality

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategy

• Report sales performance metrics and forecasts to the Sales Manager

• Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field

• 1–3 years of sales or logistics experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred (but not required)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
