Job Title: Account Support Coordinator
Location: 100 Challenger Rd, Ridgefield Park, NJ
Duration: 1 Year
Language Requirement: Bilingual Korean/English
Role Summary:
This role provides operational support across business areas, ensuring smooth handling of contracts, client communications, and reports. The coordinator works with other teams to maintain compliance and provide high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with purchasing, finance, and legal teams to support daily business processes.
Prepare and manage proposals for new and renewed contracts.
Draft agreements and supporting materials following company and legal standards.
Handle records for equipment upgrades, changes, and internal agreements.
Serve as the main contact for client questions, ensuring fast responses and satisfaction.
Produce regular and ad hoc reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, from creation through completion and renewal.
Track billing and usage for cloud services.
Maintain accurate records of client agreements and proposals in company platforms.
Perform other tasks as needed to support business operations.
