MAMATOPIA에서 주말에 이벤트 판매 알바 하실분 구합니다.

2024년에 런치한 뷰티와 어린이 용품을 주력으로 하는 로컬 브랜드입니다.

아마존과 오프라인 행사로 판매를 하고 있는 조그만 비지니스 입니다. 연말이 다가오면서 늘어나는 행사 판매로 인해서 판매를 맡아서 해주실 책임감있고 

주인의식 강하신 젊은 분들 모집합니다. 주중에 일하시는 분들도 가능합니다. 2명에서 3명정도 채용/실습한후에 가능하신 주말을 할당드려서 판매를 할 

예정입니다. 남여의 구별은 없으나 상당한 체력을 요하는 업무이기에 건강상 무리가 있으신 분을 정중히 사양하겠습니다. 이 포지션은 철저히 성과급제이며 판매 품목은 조금씩 늘려갈 예정입니다. 지금은 브랜드를 알리는 단계이기 때문에 내 사업처럼 도맡아서 같이 하실분을 찾습니다.

 <채용조건>

- 영어 가능하신 분

- 10x10 이벤트 텐트가 실린만한 차를 소유하신분(현재 직원이 소형차에 싣고 다닐 정도로 큰 사이즈는 아닙니다.)

- 판매경험이 있으신분, 뷰티 업종 판매 경험 우대

- 이벤트 장소에서 셋업과 정리를 하실만큼의 체력이 되시는분

- 실외에서 장시간 있을수 있는 분

- 고속도로나 1시간 정도의 운전해서 이동거리가 가능 하신 분

- 장기간 근무가 가능하신분

- 주말근무 가능 하신 분

<급여>

- 이벤트 1회당(1일)당 기름값과 점심비 $50불 지급

- 판매수량 X $5 (10개를 파시면 50불, 100개를 파시면 500불)

- 당일 현금이나 벤모로 바로지급

- 이벤트 당일 노쇼나 캔슬할 경우 바로 해고 조치합니다.

Mamatopia is a new local brand focused on skincare and kids' products.

We are hiring 2-3 part-time salespeople for various vendor events. 

This position requires a lot of physical demands, so if you have medical conditions, please do not apply. 

People with a weekday job can apply but must be available for at least 2 weekends per month.

<Qualifications>

- Fluent in English(no Korean skill required)

- Detail-oriented and outgoing person

- experienced in retail business

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy event equipment

- Has own transportation that could fit 10x10 canopy tent and 6ft table(current employee has a compact car and all the items fit in just fine)

- Willing to travel

- Must be available at least 1 or 2 weekends/month

- Must live less than 30min from Buford to load and unload event items to the owner's residence

<Compansation>

- $50 per event for gas and lunch

- $5 per sold items (10 sales = 50, 100 sales = 500)

- Same day payment(cash or Venmo, Zelle)
