 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and communicative Real Estate Closer/Legal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing closing statements, gathering necessary information from clients, and ensuring a seamless closing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely closing statements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Gather and verify all necessary client documentation.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail throughout the closing process.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail (if you are not detail-oriented, this role is not for you).
• Previous experience in real estate closings or legal assistance preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

STARTING SALARY- $45,000 TO $100,000 PLUS BENEFIT AND BONUS DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE
