Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic retail sale people to join our team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in providing exceptional customer service while managing product displays and sales transactions. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and support their purchasing decisions.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing product display to attract customers.
• Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves and monitoring product levels.
• Communicate product features and benefits to customers, promoting upselling opportunities.
• Supervise junior staff or volunteers as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a retail setting.

• Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Knowledge of retail math concepts for accurate pricing and inventory management.

• Ability to operate a cash register confidently and accurately.
• Has own transportation and is willing to travel.
• Weekend availabilities.
• Has physical strength to lift and move event items.
• Willing to work in a commission-based position

Compensation

Base pay :$60 for gas and lunch/per event

Commission: $5 per sold items
