Job Title: SAP Application Support Specialist (Bilingual – Korean/English)
Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Languages Required: Korean and English (Bilingual proficiency required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 support to end users using the SAP S/4HANA platform.

• Troubleshoot and analyze client-reported issues; escalate to higher tiers when necessary.

• Interpret source code and system configurations to aid in identifying root causes.

• Collaborate with internal IT and SAP teams (technical and functional) to resolve incidents.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolution steps.

• Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Participate in ongoing initiatives to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
