Key Highlights of the Role:

• Property Insurance Selection: Develop and implement procurement strategies specifically focused on property insurance. Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate potential insurance providers and products.

• Quote Evaluation and Negotiation: Analyze and compare quotes from various insurers to secure competitive pricing and comprehensive coverage. Negotiate terms and conditions to establish favorable agreements with insurance providers.

• Policy Administration: Manage the renewal process for property insurance policies, ensuring timely submissions and monitoring existing policies for coverage adequacy and cost-effectiveness.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between our organization and insurance providers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess property-related risks and provide support regarding insurance policies and procedures.

• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to property insurance procurement. Prepare detailed reports on insurance coverage and claims history for management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in insurance, procurement, or risk management, with a strong emphasis on property insurance products.
• Proven analytical and negotiation skills, along with effective communication abilities.

This role offers a competitive salary range of $55,700 - $58,700 annually, in addition to access to outstanding benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a robust 401(k) plan.
