Job Title: SAP Application Support Specialist (Bilingual – Korean/English)
Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ
Contract Duration: 1 Year
Languages Required: Korean and English (Bilingual proficiency required)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide Tier 1 support to end users using the SAP S/4HANA platform.

Troubleshoot and analyze client-reported issues; escalate to higher tiers when necessary.

Interpret source code and system configurations to aid in identifying root causes.

Collaborate with internal IT and SAP teams (technical and functional) to resolve incidents.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolution steps.

Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Participate in ongoing initiatives to improve support processes and customer satisfaction.
