담당 업무:

? 관계 구축: 잠재적인 운송업체를 발굴하고 검토하여 서비스 제공업체 네트워크를 확장합니다.

? 실행력 발휘: 운송업체와 협상하여 배송을 예약하고, 기한을 맞추기 위해 배송 과정을 조정합니다.
? 배송 진행 관리: 픽업에서 드롭오프까지의 과정을 모니터링하여 지연 없이 손상 없는 배송을 보장합니다.
? 문제 해결: 공급망 문제를 사전에 발견하고 해결책을 제시하여 업무 흐름을 유지합니다.
? 체계적인 관리: 고객 관리 소프트웨어를 활용해 고객 기록을 최신 상태로 유지합니다.

We're looking for a motivated, dynamic individual to help us grow our network of top-tier carriers and deliver top-notch shipping solutions to our clients. What You'll Do:

? Build Relationships: Find and vet potential carriers to create a strong pipeline of service providers.
? Client Interaction: Gather and analyze client needs to provide accurate and timely shipping solutions.
? Get Things Done: Negotiate, book, and coordinate shipments to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
? Monitor Shipments: Ensure everything runs smoothly, from pick-up to drop-off, with no delays or damage.
? Problem-Solving: Be proactive in spotting issues and providing solutions to keep things moving.
? Stay Organized: Keep client records up to date using our customer management software.

Skills We’re Looking For:

? Fresh Perspective: A recent grad or someone with a passion for the logistics industry.
? Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
? Bilingual: Strong communication skills in both English and Korean are a big plus!
