Location: Glendale, KY 42740

Pay Range: $65,000 -$75,000

 

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Operations Specialist to join our team in Glendale, Kentucky. This role will be responsible for operating and maintaining enterprise security solutions, monitoring system activities, and supporting compliance initiatives to ensure a secure and reliable IT environment.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage security solutions (e.g., NAC, DLP, SEP, DRM, Firewall, etc)
• Monitor logs, alerts, and incidents to prevent and respond to security threats.
• Perform regular system maintenance, patching, and policy updates.
• Support security compliance and audit requirements through documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with global security teams to align with corporate standards.
• Provide user support and guidance on IT security policies and tools.

 

 

Qualifications:

• Native proficiency in Korean (Required); English proficiency required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT security operations or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of security technologies (Endpoint, Network, Data protection, etc.)
• Experience with incident response and troubleshooting security issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Additional/Preferred Qualifications:

• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, Security+, or equivalent)
• Experience in manufacturing or large enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
