What we do:
We specialize in manufacturing Air duct for commercial and residential projects.
Open position:
MEP Estimator
Prepare MEP construction cost estimates at various stages of design from conceptual design through 100% construction documents.
Prepare MEP change order estimates.
Review and reconcile MEP change orders.
Prepare cost estimates for value engineering and design alternatives.
Review bid results and provide analysis.
Participate in estimating meetings.
Other related cost management and cost control tasks.
Admin support
Bilingual: Spanish, Korean
Perform administration job duties through internal audit processes.
Provide support to the team through assigned projects and day-to-day activities.
Maintain and update various databases, spreadsheets and reports while meeting deadlines.
Participate in and actively support all initiatives.
Assist with and provide back-up coverage to other administrative jobs as required.
Define, organize and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
Location: Baldwin, GA
