Loan Admin Assistant (Entry)

GA Loan Team - Georgia BPC

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and authorize approval of business, real estate, or credit loans
• Specialized at evaluating the financial status of a loan applicant.
• Duties including updating financial and collateral records and reviewing loan files
• Responsible for full cycle of loan requests process
• Promoting safe and sound credit underwriting and prudent lending practices
• Receives commercial and home loan applications and performs interviews with customers
• Conducts preliminary evaluation and underwriting of loan application
• Update financial and collateral records and reviewing loan files
• Collect and organize all financial documents for underwriting
• Performs closing activities such as obtaining documents from customers, verifying legal documents
• Other duties or special projects as deemed necessary by the team
• Underwrite approval requesting credit memos following the Lending policies, procedures, and general prudent lending practices
• Interview applicants/borrowers and discuss loan products and requirements
• Perform credit analysis and spreads on financial information and communicate with management on loans
