Summary
The purpose of the SPO Specialist is to handle all aspects of customer service to include communications with customers, inventory management, receiving parts into SPO, and shipping orders to the designated customers.
Responsibilities include the following
• Service Part Material Control
- Create a forecast for products needed based on customer requests
- Maintain a service part inventory
• Service Part Production Control
- Issue internal PO to production control
- Production plan request
- Service part BOM analysis and manage the components
• Service Part Production Control
• Service Part EO changes
• Service Part Shipment
• Service Part Customer Service
• Service Part Accountant Information Analysis
A/S Specialist Requirements:
- College degree required
- English & Korean Bilingual preferred
- Entry-level position, 0~2 years of experience preferred
- Must be able to work on the warehouse floor
- Willing to work overtime when needed
- Regular attendance is expected
- Good problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
