We are recruiting a full-time purchasing admin assistant who is highly motivated and detail-oriented.

º POSITION FUNCTIONS
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Daily data entries.
• Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
• Prepare accurate reports for upper management
• Communicate with forwarders to get transportation planning and scheduling to create shipping documents.
º Requirements
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Must be fluent in Korean and English.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Must be eligible to work legally in the United States.
º Work Hours
Full-time: Mon - Fri (8 AM - 5 PM)
º Location
Suwanee, GA (Near Suwanee Town Center)
