Key Responsibilities:
Financial Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions, invoices, and receipts into
accounting software.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage invoices, payments, and bills while ensuring
the reconciliation of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Bookkeeping: Maintain organized financial records and update accounting ledgers.
Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements to identify discrepancies and
ensure financial accuracy.
Financial Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports, including income statements,
balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
General Ledger Maintenance: Record financial transactions and categorize expenses to
maintain an accurate general ledger.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines
and company policies.
Tax Compliance: Support the preparation of tax documents, such as W-9s and 1099s, and
ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
Audit Support: Prepare and organize documentation for internal and external audits.
Communication: Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve
financial discrepancies and inquiries.
Compliance: Stay updated with relevant accounting regulations and ensure adherence to
company accounting policies.
Software Utilization: Utilize accounting software and tools proficiently to streamline
accounting
processes.
Filing and Documentation: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and
documentation.
Financial Analysis: Assist with financial analysis tasks, including variance analysis and
budget tracking.
Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Accounting Manager or
Finance Department.

Qualifications:
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's
degree in accounting or a related field is preferred.
Accounting Skills: Proficiency in basic accounting principles and practices is necessary.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially
Excel.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial data
and documentation.
Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage and maintain financial records.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills for interacting with
colleagues and external parties.
Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
Teamwork: Capability to work well in a team and collaborate with others in the finance
department.
Green card Sponsorship: Willingness to provide sponsorship support for candidates who
require a Green card.
