인사팀 (HR), 신입 및 경력


[Job Description]

• Administering Drug Tests, Back Ground Checks, and E-Verify for Temp to perm [E-approval]
• Receiving and organizing necessary documents for Temp to Perm (KI7 ONLY)
• Managing for hire and Termination List(Excel)
• Inputting vacation details and overseeing the documentation of payment records.
• Attendance management (Weekend plan/ Daily attendance/Weekly work report)
• Employee Incentive Event Management (EOM, SY Award, Safety Superstar)
• Bonus eligible list up (perfect attendance, Holiday etc..)
• Manage official social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Management of employee department and Job title information in the ADP system.
• E-approval for Condolence Flowers drug testing, background check, and Docusign invoices.
• Coordinating purchase requests for HR office supplies.
• Managing and uploading plant monitors.
