Job Overview
We are looking for an Accounting Clerk to perform assigned accounting and related clerical support functions including data entry and record keeping.
The position will report to the President and serve the office located in Norcross, Georgia.
Responsibilities & Duties
• Performing basic accounting/bookkeeping responsibilities, including:
- Preparing Monthly Bank Transaction Details in Excel.
- Preparing payroll info on biweekly basis.
- Organizing and managing all receipts/invoices by vendors/customers for future internal and external audits.
• Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Provide internal and external audit assistance as required.
• Assist the AP/Finance department with administrative tasks.
• Perform special projects as assigned.
• Representing Hyundai Robotics USA Inc. in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.
Job Qualifications
• Education / Training: Highschool diploma or equivalent required, Associate degree in Accounting or Business a Plus.
• Related Experience: Must possess minimum of 4 years related accounting clerical experience; Payroll and General Ledger experienced preferred.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
• Requires in-depth knowledge in computerized accounting techniques and of accounting principles.
• Strong organizational skills required. Must be detailed oriented with ability to maintain accurate records.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Must be proficient in Google Applications (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets)
How to Stand Out
• Korean language skills a plus.
• Interest and experience in the retail electronics is a plus.
