국내 대기업의 미국 법인 (덜루스 위치)에서는 Admin 분야에서 근무 하실 신입-대리급 인재를 구하고 있습니다.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the day-to-day organization of the site administrative and organizational tasks
  (which are often to be dealt with in a confidential way), secretarial functions, general affairs, assistance to the managers.
• Assistance to management in practical matters, and administration.
• Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals
  of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system.

• Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and
  human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word process
• Bilingual in Korean and English a plus
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S

Salary Range: $50K - 65K
