Donghee America is looking for new Sales Specialist for our Sales & Marketing Department located in Troy, MI.

 

Donghee: Founded 1972 in South Korea and expended to United states in 2013. Currently have total 17 plants worldwide and approximately 4,400 employee are work for Donghee. Currently along with the trend of vehicle market, we are mainly focusing to make Battery Pack Case for Electric Vehicles and supply to major manufacturers.

▶ Position: Sales Specialist

Donghee America, Inc. is actively searching for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Troy, MI. The Sales Specialist will be an individual contributor reporting to the Sales Manager and work alongside our North America Sales team.

This position is based full time in Troy, MI and is not a remote role.

 

▶ Responsibilities

 

Participate in Project Bidding

   •          Collaborate cross-functionally to assess project requirements and objectives.

   •          Analyze market trend, competitor strategies, and customer needs to formulate competitive bids.

   •          Develop and present comprehensive project bids aligned with industry standards and profitability goals.

Cost and Investment Management

   •          Conduct detailed cost analysis for automotive projects, encompassing materials, labor, and overhead costs.

   •          Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities to enhance project profitability.

   •          Work closely with project managers to effectively manage project budgets.

Internal Cost Preparation

   •          Collaborate with engineering and production teams to gather accurate and up-to-date cost data.

   •          Develop and maintain a robust cost estimation system tailored to automotive components.

   •          Provide regular updates to management on cost trends, potential risks, and opportunities.

Customer Price Preparation

   •          Analyze pricing models, market conditions, and customer expectations within the automotive industry.

   •          Prepare and present pricing proposals to customers, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.

   •          Engage in negotiations with clients to secure favorable pricing agreements.

Qualifications

   •          Bachelor's degree (STEM Degree preferred)

   •          Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Sales and Cost field within the Automotive Tier-1 industry.

   •          In-depth understanding of automotive manufacturing processes and associated cost structures.

   •          Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.

   •          Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

   •          Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

   •          Must be English and Korean bilingual

▶ Salary Range

– $80,000.00 ~ $120,000.00
