국내 물류 대기업의 덜루스 법인에서는 Operation  분야에서 근무 하실 인재를 구하고 있습니다.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for the day-to-day organization of the site administrative and organizational tasks
• Assistance to management in practical matters, and operation.

• Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay

  surveys; keep the strategy up to date.

• Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals
  of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system.

Requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word process
• Bilingual in Korean and English a plus
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S
     
관련 근무 경력  최소 1년 - 3년 까지  Specialist 급 

(신입도 지원 가능)

Salary Range: $50K - 60K
