Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in IT Pro management

• 5+ years of experience in business development

• 7+ years of experience in financial services with in-depth knowledge of mortgage origination processes, loan processing workflows, underwriting guidelines, and related compliance requirements 

• Proven experience in data analytics systems administration

Technical Skills:

• Mid+ level Python/Java development

• AI/Machine Learning technologies 

• Enterprise systems integration 

• Data modeling and architecture 

• Advanced analytics implementation
