The Project Manager organizes, plans, and executes projects while adhering to budget and schedule constraints. This role involves leading the project team, defining project goals, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful project closure.

Top Responsibilities

1. Liaison: Act as a bridge between the executive team and various projects.
2. Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to completion.
3. Tracking: Monitor all aspects of assigned projects.
4. Coordination: Ensure full communication with all project stakeholders.
5. Proactive Communication: Identify potential problems or opportunities and inform your supervisor.

Daily Tasks

1. Project Coordination: Manage projects according to specified requirements.
2. Milestone Oversight: Ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
3. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain necessary communication with key stakeholders.
4. Customer Interaction: Respond to customer emails within the business day.
5. Issue Management: Address urgent issues as they arise.

Monthly Tasks

1. Coordination: Collaborate with customers and partner companies for transportation and field work.
2. Expectation Setting: Establish clear client expectations and follow-up actions.
3. Recommendations: Provide improvement suggestions to the team leader.
4. Issue Management: Handle any other urgent matters.
5. Project Tracking: Monitor all aspects of projects.

Quarterly Tasks

1. Reporting: Compile weekly and monthly objectives into a quarterly report for the team leader.
2. Contract Tracking: Develop a system for monitoring contract statuses.
3. Feedback Gathering: Communicate with department leaders for feedback on improvements.
4. System Improvement: Propose ideas for system and procedure enhancements.

Annual Tasks

1. Comprehensive Reporting: Summarize monthly and quarterly objectives for the annual report.
2. Contract Monitoring: Improve contract tracking systems for the upcoming year.
3. Performance Enhancement: Suggest performance improvement ideas and request additional training if needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from order handover to completion.
• Source and assemble necessary resources.
• Account for contractual requirements and communicate customer expectations.
• Develop project schedules, communication plans, cost impact assessments, and risk management plans.
• Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with customers and partners for logistical needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (engineering preferred).
• Knowledge of project management disciplines (PMP certification is a plus).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SAP, and other relevant software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to travel (5%).
• Complex problem-solving skills required.
• 2+ years of B2B project management experience preferred.
• Experience in the energy/critical power industry is a plus.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

 Location

• Duluth, GA - Onsite (No Remote or Hybrid options)
