Company Overview
Ares Inc. is a leading machinery installation company specializing in factory automation (FA) installations and project execution. We are currently engaged in a large-scale project supporting a new Battery Plant for electric vehicles (EVs) in Mesa, Arizona and many other states.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and directly manage project operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of handling complex projects with multiple stakeholders. This is a relocation-required position based in Mesa, Arizona, residence will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid authorization to work legally in the United States.

• Experience in project management (machinery installation, factory automation, or industrial projects highly preferred).

• Bilingual in Korean and English highly preferred.

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

• Willingness to relocate, residence provided.

Compensation
Salary will be determined during the interview process and will be commensurate with experience.

• 프로젝트 관리 경험 우대

  • (기계 설치, 공장 자동화, 제조/산업 플랜트 프로젝트 경험 우대)

• 한국어·영어 이중 언어 능력 보유자 우대

• 적극적이고 문제 해결 중심적인 태도, 뛰어난 리더십 및 커뮤니케이션 역량

• 애리조나 메사 또는 타주로 지역으로 상주 가능자
