Ocean Import Specialist - 2 positions

Job Type: Full Time, on-site
Location: Duluth, GA

Responsibilities
• Perform daily tasks throughout the day, including daily reports, shipment tracking, and client communication.
• Gather information from clients to assess their shipping needs.
• Obtain shipping quotes from carriers and communicate them to clients.
• Book freight services with carriers on behalf of clients.
• Coordinate the pickup and drop-off of shipments.
• Monitor the progress of shipments to ensure timely and undamaged delivery.
• Update customer management software to maintain accurate client records.
• Advise clients on potential supply chain issues.

 

Preferreed Qualifications:

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to multi-task

• Proficiency in MS Office Products

• Bilingual (English/Korean)
