– Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive HR Manager to join our client’s team in Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, and organizational development. The HR Manager will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive and productive work environment.– Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s overall business goals.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of top talent to meet business needs.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive working environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, particularly in Georgia.
• Develop and implement performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and providing feedback.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and in line with industry standards.
• Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and overall organizational growth.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues and best practices.
• Implement employee engagement initiatives and monitor employee satisfaction and morale.
• Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate record-keeping of employee data.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend HR initiatives.
• Ensure the company’s culture, values, and mission are effectively communicated and upheld throughout the organization.
• Manage and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and other HR-related issues as necessary.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources management, with a strong understanding of HR functions.
• In-depth knowledge of federal, state (Georgia), and local labor laws and regulations.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and systems (HRIS) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to drive HR initiatives and programs.
• PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification or SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional) certification is a plus.– Preferred Skills:
• Experience in handling HR compliance issues specific to Georgia’s employment regulations.
• Knowledge of employee wellness and engagement programs.
• Experience with HR metrics, reporting, and analysis.
• Familiarity with talent acquisition strategies and employee retention programs.
