• Supervise daily trans-loading operation including staff management and system data entry.

• Arranging/sorting pictures in server and filing damage report

• Managing staffs’ daily working hour records

• Office supply order / Manage

• Daily / Weekly trans-loading plan and forecast

• Trans-loading documentation, scan, and upload

직무 설명(코디네이터):

• 직원 관리 및 시스템 데이터 입력을 포함한 일일 환적 작업 감독.

• 서버에서 사진 정리/정렬 및 손상 보고서 보관

• 직원의 일일 근무 시간 기록 관리

• 사무용품 주문/관리

• 일일/주간 환적 계획 및 예측

• 환적 문서, 스캔 및 업로드

JOB DESCRIPTION (CSR) :

* Respond to all emails from carriers/brokers in a timely manner.

* Maintain and update inbound/outbound schedule.

* Gather inbound and outbound documents (container packing list and outbound shipments) that are sent via email from the customer.

* Create necessary documents for inbound/outbound loads in WMS.

* Process any/all inventory transactions.

* Send notifications of receipts to Customer daily including DO, CSV receipt, container inspection form and any photos taken of the inbound.

* Send notifications of shipment to Customer daily including BOL, CSV outbound, trailer inspection form, 4 required photos of the outbound.


직무 설명(CSR):

* 운송업체/중개업체 이메일 관리

* 인바운드/아웃바운드 일정 관리

*  인바운드 및 아웃바운드 문서관리 (컨테이너 포장 목록 및 아웃바운드 선적)

* WMS에서 인바운드/아웃바운드 로드 필요한 문서관리

* 재고 관리

* DO, CSV 영수증, 컨테이너 검사 양식 및 인바운드 관리

* BOL, CSV 아웃바운드, 트레일러 검사 양식 관리
