JOB DESCRIPTION:
Meet with clients to determine objectives and requirements for structures and each project.
Give preliminary estimates on cost and construction time.
Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans
Creating designs and highly detailed drawings using specialist computer-aided design (AUTOCAD) applications
Adapting plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction
SKILLS:
Strong verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
Lead and manage architectural projects, providing direction and support to the project team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings.
Define and address project risks and potential issues, implementing effective solutions to mitigate these risks.
