Open Positions:
1.Warehouse Operation Specialist - Atlanta, GA (1)
Responsibilities:
- Receiving work assignments from the supervisor on a daily basis
- Updating systems with received freight, order processing, and shipments.
- Processing of orders that are received from customers on a daily basis
- Checking shipments for accuracy and providing reports of shipment results
- Work efficiently by managing daily orders and delegating work between warehouse temporary employees
- Coordinate with co-workers and warehouse temporary staff for customer accounts and warehouse operations
- Reporting of orders that are shipped out to customers on a daily basis
- Communicating with teams and customers
- Ensuring that all daily housekeeping duties are completed daily.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Entry level
- Understanding of inventory
- Ability to use computers to track inventory, track storage records, and create labels (MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Bilingual in English and Korean
2. Ocean Import Specialist - Duluth, GA (Part-time position)
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with overseas agents to initiate and oversee the processing of ocean imports.
- Coordinate the customs clearance of imported goods through customs brokerage.
- Manage container consolidation and deconsolidation when required to optimize shipments.
- Research and evaluate vendors/agents and arrange for timely ground transportation for deliveries.
- Monitor and track delivery status, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Perform accounting tasks, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and financial closing activities.
- Enter service information into the internal system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and report on service activities to the Ocean Import team and management.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support ad-hoc projects and additional tasks as assigned by management.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Proficiency in MS Office Products
- Bilingual (English/Korean) preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred.
3. Southeast Warehouse Team Manager - Savannah, GA or Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations of five locations in the Southeast region.
- Create and execute strategic plans to achieve both operational and financial objectives.
- Prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions.
- Perform profit and loss management, prepare reports for internal stakeholders.
- Supervise, develop, and evaluate performance of employees.
- Effectively respond to clients' needs and requests, including analyzing data and producing reports.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and security standards.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in warehouse management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in distribution/warehouse management required.
- Direct management/supervision experience required.
- Able to travel to different warehouse locations (Savannah GA, Atlanta GA, Mobile AL, Summerville SC).
- Bilingual in English and Korean
4. Air Import Specialist - Duluth GA
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and process air shipments for import.
- Coordinate with airlines and other vendors, including trucking companies to ensure smooth operation.
- Generate invoices and them to customers.
- Manage monthly A/P invoices from the vendors to coordinate payments with the accounting team by due date.
- Coordinate and arrange air import services for domestic and international goods.
- Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, and more) in processing shipments.
- Expedite clearance and delivery to meet clients' requirements.
- Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data.
- Provide daily activity reports to management.
- Other ad-hoc projects as requested by management.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics field
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office required (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to Multi-task
- Korean-English Bilingual preferred
