As a Member Specialist, you'll be the friendly face of MTP, ensuring every guest and member has an exceptional experience. You'll build relationships, provide club tours, assist with events, and keep our facility running smoothly.

 

Your Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests, provide club tours, and set up new member accounts
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with members
• Assist with open play, leagues, tournaments, and social events
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring courts and pathways are clear
• Utilize our POS system for waivers, check-ins, and purchases
• Contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of MTP

Your Qualifications:

• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Desire to create a welcoming community
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• 19 years or older
