We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager who can lead business development efforts in the battery and automotive OEM sectors. This role is central to expanding our company’s customer base, managing key accounts, and building long-term relationships with some of the most influential players in the industry. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the automotive or battery industry, strong technical and commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global business.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and develop new business opportunities within the EV battery, automotive OEM, and Tier 1 supplier markets.

•Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term growth.

•Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and customer agreements with a focus on delivering win-win outcomes.

•Collaborate with technical and R&D teams to align product capabilities with customer requirements.

•Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and reports to both internal leadership and external partners.

•Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to inform sales strategy.

•Represent our company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.

•Partner with global our teams in Korea and other regions to ensure seamless communication, strategy alignment, and customer support.

•Achieve sales targets and contribute to the long-term growth strategy

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA a plus.

•2- 5years of sales experience in the automotive, EV battery, or advanced materials industry.

•Prov5en track record of selling to automotive OEMs and/or Tier 1 suppliers.

•Strong understanding of EV battery technology, supply chain dynamics, and customer requirements.

•Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

•Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a high-growth, fast-changing environment.

•Ability to travel frequently within the U.S. and internationally as required.
