Position : EHS ENGINEER
Location: COVINGTON, GA

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Risk management plan for extremely hazard chemical and gas.
• Toxic substance Control Act management
• Wastewater management for City of Covington (Quality analysis, Flow meter calibration etc.)
• Stormwater protection management
• Hazard waste handling management
• Environment Audit follow-up
• RCRA (Resource Conservation and Recovery Act) management
• EPCRA Tier II report management
• EPCRA Toxic Inventory Release
• Air permit compliance management
• Waste storage management.
• Hazardous waste management
• Chemical MSDS update and management.
• Insect management
• DOT shipper certification management
• Warning letter for Environmental violation
• Environmental code and local compliance
• Occupational noise exposure management
• Respirator filter test
• Bloodborne pathogen management
• Ergonomic management
• Hearing of conservation follow-up
• Industrial hygienist investigation follow-up
• First aid kit management
• AED tool management
• Safety general management

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must demonstrate an extensive technical understanding of environmental health and safety principles, concepts, theories
• Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies
• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
• Must be proficient in performing EH&S assessment to identify workplace hazards and determining appropriate control measures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English and Korean

QUALITIFICATIONS:
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate ability to lead teams related to projects and/or joint tasks
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with proven experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field

EXPERIENCE:
• 3+ years of related experience preferred
