CONVENTION/WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE (Duluth)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and execute sales objectives at tradeshows.
- Manage, maintain, and recommend continuous improvements for all booth properties and convention assets, including exploring new booth designs.
- Prepare for shows by pulling products, packing, and labeling.
- Load and unload products for designated events.
- Lift or move objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
(There are approximately 10-15 tradeshows annually. When not traveling, work will be performed in the warehouse.)
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record required.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and pay close attention to detail while also being a team player.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Wage is negotiable based on experience and will be discussed during the interview.
- Benefits include 401K support, Paid Time Off, and Holiday Off.
** No prior experience is required for this position. Please note that this role may require an adjusted work schedule, including long days, evenings, and weekend hours to meet deadlines.
