Key Responsibilities:
. Process payroll and prepare tax reports.
. Processing Payments and Managing Expenses.
. Prepare and submit claims for the Government-supported meal program.
. Reconcile credit card transactions.
. Support the processing of Workers' Compensation claims and manage insurance renewals
. Coordinate and prepare for health, food, fire, and safety inspections
. Prepare W-2s, 1099s, manage company registration, and renew business licenses.
. Manage and order office supplies.
