근무형태: 1년 계약 + 연장 또는 정규직 전환 기회
근무지: 둘루스 (Duluth, GA)
근무시간: 오전 8:30 ~ 오후 5:30

주요 업무:
– 국내외 물류 운영 전반 관리 (FTL, LTL, 해상, 항공 등)
– 창고와 협력하여 화물 입고, 보관, 출고가 정확히 이루어지도록 조정
– 운송사 및 해운사와 일정 조율 및 운송 진행 상황 추적
– 선적 관련 서류 (B/L, AWB, BOL, 인보이스, 패킹리스트 등) 작성 및 검토
– 청구 및 정산 업무 수행 (매출/매입 송장 발행 및 확인)
– 각 운송 건의 손익(P&L) 관리 및 수익률 분석
– 선적 마감 및 정산 절차 정확하고 신속하게 처리
– 내부 TMS/ERP 시스템에 자료 정확히 입력 및 관리
– 고객, 협력업체, 내부 부서와 원활한 커뮤니케이션으로 문제 신속히 해결
– 배송 지연, 파손, 분실 등 관련 문제 발생 시 원인 파악 및 해결 지원

자격 요건:
– 물류 운영 관련 경력 1~5년 우대
– 창고 및 운송 조정, 수출입 절차, 통관 업무 경험자 우대
– 한국어 및 영어 이중 언어 구사 가능자 우대
– 고등학교 졸업 이상 필수, 학사 학위 소지자 우대
– Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) 활용 능숙
– 문서 작성, 의사소통, 고객 대응 및 문제 해결 능력 우수
– 자기 주도적이고 체계적이며 빠른 환경에서도 일할 수 있는 분

Key Responsibilities:
– Manage full-cycle international and domestic logistics operations (FTL, LTL, Ocean, Air and others)
– Coordinate with warehouses to ensure accurate cargo receiving, storage, and dispatch
– Arrange and track transportation schedules with trucking and shipping carriers
– Prepare and verify commercial documents (BL, AWB, BOL, invoice, packing list, etc.) for compliance and accuracy
– Handle billing processes including issuing invoices (A/R) and verifying vendor invoices (A/P)
– Monitor and analyze job profit and loss (P&L) to ensure margin targets are met
– Conduct settlement processes and ensure timely closing of shipments
– Maintain accurate records in internal TMS/ERP systems
– Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal management to resolve issues promptly
– Support problem resolution related to delivery, damage, or loss

Qualifications:
– 1–5 years of relevant experience in logistics operations preferred
– Familiarity with warehouse/transportation coordination, import/export procedures, customs
– Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
– High school GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
– Strong written and verbal communication, customer engagement, and problem-solving skills
– Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling high-pressure environments
