Inventory Management:
Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement
corrective actions.
Supplies Procurement:
Coordinate the purchase of office and operational supplies.
Maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
Keep track of supply levels and reorder as necessary.
Utility Oversight:
Monitor utility consumption and ensure cost-effective usage.
Coordinate with utility service providers to address any issues.
Implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce costs.
Business License Control:
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal business licensing requirements.
Work closely with legal and compliance teams to address any licensing-related issues.
General Operations Support:
Assist in managing day-to-day operations within the HQ office and stores
Collaborate with various departments to coordinate and streamline processes.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.
Support the operations team in implementing process improvements.
