ㅇType: Full-Time Position

ㅇBasic Salary: Compensation may vary based on competencies and level of experience.

ㅇResponsibilities:

- Manage and perform day-to-day HR operations while guiding and supporting HR team members.

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance programs.

- Lead and participate in recruitment, performance management, and employee development initiatives.

- Support compensation planning, organizational structure, and change management efforts.

- Foster a collaborative, compliant, and engaging work environment aligned with company objectives.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

ㅇQualifications:

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
• HR and/or Payroll certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CPP) preferred
• 7–10 years of both tactical and strategic HR experience, ideally within a corporate or manufacturing environment
• Proven hands-on experience in managing HR operations within a structured, fast-paced organization
• Broad HR expertise across compensation and benefits, organizational development, labor relations, and employment law
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SAP and ADP
• Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Ability to travel up to 10%
